Digitally-painted album cover featuring a six-member band running through a forest and away from a fireball careening earthward. From left to right, the band members carry a guitar, a trumpet, a handheld keyboard and ukulele, a banjo, a tambourine, and an upright bass. Curving across the top of the image in gold letters reads the name of the band, “Coffee Zombie Collective.” Extending in black letters from the band members’ feet to the bottom of the image, like shadows cast by their running forms, reads the name of the album, “There’s a Ball of Fire in the Sky.”

Finishing my art credential ended up consuming most of the free time left to me at the end of 2024, but I was still able to complete two super-fun projects: the White Elephant poster for the Crocker and this hot album cover for the band Coffee Zombie Collective! It’s called, “There’s a Ball of Fire in the Sky,” and the release party is on Saturday, February 1st at Balefire Brewing in Santa Cruz. If you can’t make it, you can still check ‘em out on Apple Music and Spotify, along with my art! That’s right, baby, I’m in the system! Tim Apple knows my name!
